This is a field of law that deals with collecting receivables through confiscation (taking away of the debtor’s property by the state) based on a creditor’s claim/demand.
A creditor who cannot collect his/her receivables can choose either enforcement proceeding with judgment or enforcement proceeding without judgment. In enforcement proceeding with judgment, a prior judgment/decision is taken from the court, and a specific way of pursuance is followed. In enforcement proceeding without judgment, on the other hand, the creditor/claimant does not have a court judgment/decision.
